Useless.... Delete

I dont understand this app at all. I tap on back pain and it brings me to the model and shows me the knee... I tap on shoulder pain and it brings me to the model and shows me the foot... Wherever I click on it shows me another body part in the model and shows me a red dot on the model in a different spot. Useless... Delete.
